Asphalt Removal done right
Asphalt is one of the most recycled construction materials there is. Removed pavement is ground and reused in new asphalt and road base, so there is no reason for any of it to end up in a landfill. We remove asphalt from residential driveways and backyard paths up to commercial parking lots, drive aisles and site paving.
For residential clients, asphalt removal is usually the first step in converting to a concrete or paver driveway. For property managers and contractors, it is typically a parking-lot section, a utility trench, or full-depth removal ahead of new paving or a building pad. In each case we remove the asphalt and, where needed, the aggregate base below it.
What’s included

Asphalt Removal in Orange County
For commercial lots that must stay open, we phase asphalt removal so part of the parking field stays usable, and we work early hours or weekends where the property and city allow it.

FAQ
Asphalt Removal questions
Is asphalt removal different from concrete removal?
Yes. Asphalt is flexible and usually thinner, so it breaks out faster, but it is often laid over thick aggregate base that may also need removal. It also goes to different recyclers.
Can you remove part of a parking lot?
Yes. We saw-cut the area to be removed and leave the remaining paving with clean edges for patching.
Can you remove asphalt and pour concrete?
We specialize in removal and hauling and leave a prepared base. We coordinate the schedule with your concrete or paving contractor.
