Contractor & commercial questions
What do you need to prepare a bid?
Plans and specifications (or a scope narrative), the site address, your bid date and any subcontractor or prequalification requirements. A site walk is part of every commercial bid we prepare.
How do you handle jobsite safety?
Every job starts with DigAlert (811) locates and verified utility disconnects. We control dust with water, keep work zones barricaded, and coordinate with abatement contractors and other trades before we start.
Do you provide recycling documentation?
Yes. We keep weight tickets from recyclers and transfer stations for construction-waste diversion reporting.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Where the property and city allow it, yes — common for occupied retail centers and parking lots.
Have a project out to bid?
Send plans and scope documents — we’ll confirm we can meet your bid date.
